Last June 7-8, FETP held an overnight Company Outing and Team Building activity at the very beautiful mountain view of Timberland Highlands Resort.
The team building activity was conducted on Day 1, where lots of exercises and games were done. Each activity had a discussion afterwards where each team, with the help of the facilitators, shared the lessons that they have learned.
On Day 2, members were given time to relax and check out the facilities of the resort. There were lots of picture taking with each department and the teams the members formed during the previous day.

The EEC, the committee who set up the event, extends a heartfelt thank you to each and every member for transforming the event into a meaningful and productive one. From the energy and enthusiasm during the games, to the laughter, collaboration, and shared stories—everything about that 2 day event reflected the spirit of who FETP members are as a team.
